| 摘 要： | 针对舰船装备保障资源评估问题,建立了评估的指标体系,给出了指标的隶属度函数;在此基础上,提出了基于可变权重的舰船装备保障资源模糊综合评价模型.该方法克服了现有方法的人为因素的局限性,实例计算结果反映了评价结果在各等级上的隶属度分量,有助于帮助部队认识舰船装备保障资源的状态.

| Abstract: | An index system of evaluating support resources available for ship equipment is brought forward and the subordinate function of each index is given.The comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model of ship equipment support resources is presented based on changeable weight method.The method can conquer the limitation of human factors.The calculation result of example reflects membership degree weight of evaluation on each evaluation grade,which is helpful for army to acquire knowledge on the state of ship equipment ... |
