摘    要:建立了带限位器浮筏隔振系统的非线性系统模型,利用伪力(pseudo-forces)法计算了带有限位器的浮筏隔振系统模型的冲击响应,分析了限位器参数对冲击响应的影响.设计制作了带有限位器的浮筏隔振系统试验模型,进行了冲击试验研究.数值计算与试验结果的比较表明,伪力法在计算带限位器的舰船设备隔振系统冲击响应时的适用性和有效性.

Abstract:An analytical model of nonlinear shock response of shipboard equipment using shock isolator with displacement restrictor is established in this paper, and t he nonlinear shock response is calculated for the first time by the pseudo-for ce approach. In order to examine the foregoing analytical model and calculation results, an experimental model of shipboard equipment using isolator with displa cement restrictor is made. The comparison of the calculated result with the expe rimental result of model shows that the method proposed by authors is feasible a nd effective. The main parameters of the displacement restrictor are the working clearance and its stiffness. The influence of the parameters of the displacemen t restrictor on the shock response is discussed in detail, which includes the s upported equipments maximum acceleration and maximum displacement under certain shock load.
