耙吸挖泥船挖泥集成控制系统研制

摘    要:本文以PROFIBUS为总线协议,研制了一套耙吸挖泥船的挖泥集成控制系统.该系统采用流行的PROFIBUS网络及工业以太网连接所有的计算机与功能模块,开发形象直观的多机人机界面及配套软件,具有航迹显示、船舶吃水装载、液压控制和耙臂位置指示等多项遥测遥控和显示功能.文章重点介绍了该集成控制系统的组成和功能,以及系统配置、数据采集和界面显示.系统运行表明了PROFIBUS总线的良好性能和该系统在耙吸挖泥船上的推广应用价值.

Abstract:A kind of integrated control system for trailing suction dredges is presented by using PROFIBUS protocol in this paper. In the system, PROFIBUS network and Ethernet are adopt to link computers and all kinds of function modules, and intuition multi-computer interface as well as assistant software have been developed, which has a lots of functions such as sailing, loading, controlling of hydraulic pressure, displaying of the trailing position and remote measurement and so oh. It gives emphasis to introduce the structure and quality of the integrated control system, as well as the system configuration, data collection and display interfaces. It is shown by practical operation that PROFIBUS-net-work control system has high quality and could be generalized in integrated control system of trailing suction dredges.
