摘    要:综合应用电子海图技术、CAN总线技术、计算机网络技术、Windows编程技术及控制工程的最新理论成果实现了综合船舶监控系统,具有船舶自动控制、信息综合显示、处理及报警功能。通过CAN总线和485串行通讯技术接收船舶机舱各检测点及各种航海仪器数据;将各种数据处理后送到服务器的数据库中,然后送到综合船舶信息显示及处理系统进行数据显示、处理及报警等;电子海图系统接收雷达及GPS定位信息,进行船位的图形显示及海况信息显示,同时将导航信息送到船舶自动舵,进行航迹或航向控制。

Abstract:An integrated monitoring system for ships is implemented using ECEIS, CAN bus, computer network, Windows programing and new results of control engineering. It has the functions of automatic control of ships, integrated display and processing of information such as nevigation, engine room, weather, as well as alarming. The system receives data from a data collecting system of engine room and navigating sensors through a multi serial port board and a CAN bus board. All the data are sent into a database in a computer server, and then transmitted into an integrated displaying and processing system of information for displaying and alarming. Information display system is implemented using Winsock, ADD and ActiveX control technique of Visual Basic. The data processing and display of the whole system are carried out using ADD cooperated with corresponding control. ActiveX controls are made to simulate actual instruments for displaying information, which reduces the work load of programming. The Winsock control is used to communicate with the server by UDP protocol. The display of information is visual. reliable and easy to use, according with the demands of actual application of ships. In the displaying computer, some parameters of the running ship and the controlling mode can be set,the monitoring spots of the engine room and their data can be inquired about and edited. ECDIS receives the positioning information from the radar and GPS, displaying the graph of ship and information of sea state. The system controls the course and track for ships using an autopilot through serial communication.
