船用柴油机复杂零件数控编程技术研究

摘    要:针对国内大型船用柴油机复杂零件数控编程技术的现状,分析了国内外数控编程技术的发展概况。结合船用柴油机复杂零件数控编程存在的问题,提出了将知识工程(KBE:Knowledge Based Engineering)应用于复杂零件数控编程的思想方法,开发了基于KBE的船用柴油机复杂零件数控编程系统。简介了研究的主要内容及系统特点,给出了基于KBE的数控编程系统体系结构和系统功能架构;简述了基于KBE的复杂零件数控编程系统的关键技术、研究成果和推广应用前景。

Abstract:Aiming at the status of NC programming technology for national complex components of large marine diesel,international and national developing survey in NC programming is analyzed.Based on problems of NC programming for complex components of marine diesel,the thoughtway applied Knowledge Based Engineering(KBE) to NC programming for complex components is brought forward and the NC programming system based on KBE for complex components of marine diesel is developed.The main research contents and systematic traits are briefly introduced,and the system framework and the function configuration of NC programming for complex components based on KBE are given.The key technologies of NC programming system for complex components based on KBE and the foreground in popularization and application of research productions are briefly stated.
