弹性管阻抗测量标准样件的设计研究

摘    要:本文通过阻抗测试平台对试件阻抗限值的要求,以及弹性管标准样件机械阻抗和声阻抗的解析表达式及相关因素对阻抗影响的参数化研究,提出了标准样件具体设计的建议.所给出的计算公式和结果可作为实际阻抗测量的比较依据.

Abstract:For the recent years, it is becoming well-known that piping system is one of the major paths of transmitting vibration and noise. To reduce the transmission, using flexible insertion in piping system is a valid way. Mechanical and acoustical impedances, which characterize the dynamic property of flexible insertion, are usually obtained by experimental means. For verifying the measurement accuracy, it is needed to design test specimen elaborately. In this paper, the impedance limitation of test specimen on a special test platform is given, through the theoretical derivation the analytical expressions for mechanical and acoustical impedances of elastic pipe are obtained, and the effects of material and geometrical parameters on the impedance are discussed, and suggestions about design of test specimen of elastic pipe are proposed.
