油船舱内液面高度测量雷达系统

摘    要:本文介绍一种微波雷达舱内液位高度测量系统,该系统推广了一般调频连续波雷达的测距原理,利用FFT技术从雷达回波信号的频率和相位中提取距离信息,并采用高速信号处理芯片DSP实现雷达信号的实时处理,实验结果表明该系统的距离测量精度可以达到1mm。

Abstract:A microwave radar marine tank gauging system is presented. This system employs the principle of the modified Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) radar to achieve extremely high range measurement accuracy. The FFT technique is used to extract the range information from the frequency and the phase of the radar echo signal. The 32 bit floating point DSP TMS320C31 is used as the signal processor to accomplish the real time signal processing. Results of the experiments carried out both inside the laboratory and at a shipyard show that the range resolution of this system is under 1mm.
