摘    要:针对传统的FMEA(故障模式与影响分析)过于定性化、主观化以及不能进行量化分析的问题,本文提出了一种量化FMEA风险等级数的评定方法,并通过层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评判法(FCE)的理论分析,构建了动力定位控制系统的综合评判模型,将FMEA的结果进行了量化分析,从而能更好地预防故障的发生。以Arrow号近海支援船DP2动力定位(DP)控制系统为例,选择操作站操作面板为研究对象,对该系统的各个组成部分及其模块进行了故障模式与影响分析并做出评判,列出了可能发生的故障模式,确定了故障等级并提出了建议措施,其分析结果证明FMEA和模糊综合评判法是有效的。通过对动力定位控制系统进行故障模式与影响分析(FMEA),可以对动力定位控制系统和设备进行改进、维护和完善,以提高其可靠性,延长设备的使用寿命,提高动力定位船舶的安全水平。

Abstract:To solve the problem of that traditional FMEA(Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) is too qualitative,subjective and not a quantitative analysis,a method of quantitative Risk Priority Number(RPN) of FMEA is presented in this paper.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of dynamic positioning(DP) control system is constructed by analyzing the theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE).The results of FMEA are quantitatively analyzed,in order to prevent failure better.The DP2 dynamic positioning control system of "Arrow" offshore support vessel,as an example,is taken in this paper and the operation panel of operation station is chosen as the research object.The failure modes and effects of the various components and modules are analyzed and evaluated while all possible failure modes are listed,failure levels are determined,suggestions and measures are proposed.The results demonstrate that the FMEA and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method are effective.Through FMEA of the dynamic positioning control system and the components,the systems and the equipments can be improved and maintained to enhance the reliability,prolong the service life of equipment,while improve the security level of the dynamic positioning vessel.
