基于CAN总线的船舶自动化系统研究与设计

摘    要:阐述船舶自动化系统CAN总线的应用,分析船舶自动化CAN总线并与其它通信方案比较。总结CAN总线的优点和船舶自动化系统采用CAN总线的特点,并分析船舶自动化系统的组成和CAN总线的总体设计方案。详细介绍了船舶自动化CAN控制系统网络总体结构、硬件组成、电路设计和软件设计,大大地提高了船舶自动化控制系统运行的可靠、安全、稳定性,从而解决船舶自动化系统的模块可维护性和故障可诊断性等实际问题。

Abstract:In this article,ship automation system based on CAN bus is presented mainly.Automation CAN bus communication scheme is analyzed and compared with other schemes.Advantage of CAN bus and its application in ships automate system is summarized.Composition of ship automation systems and overall design of CAN bus are introduced.Overall structure of CAN control network,hardware components,circuit and software design are described in detail.The system is reliable,safe and stable in operation.Practical problems in the ship automation system module such as maintainability and fault diagnosis can be solved.
