船舶高可靠性控制系统设计原则与应用

摘    要:高可靠控制系统尤其是船舶控制系统,其可靠性设计是关键技术。作者总结了30年控制系统的设计经验并结合先进科技,提出了控制系统高可靠设计的四个基本原则,并以此设计成功ETN数据库现场总线及AutoNet(PCC)可编程监控平台。该平台兼顾高性能,在军船与民船设备中得到普遍应用,并在工业控制中也得到应用,为控制系统学科的发展提供了理论依据,可供控制系统设计研究人员参考。

Abstract:High reliable control system,especially the reliability of the ship control system,is the key technology of design.The author summarized control system design experience in past 30 years,combined with advanced science and technology,and put forward the four basic principles for the high reliable design of control system,and on the basis of these,designed successfully ETN database fields and AutoNet(PCC) programmable monitoring platform.The platform with consideration of high performance is widely used in navy and civilian ship equipment.It is also applied in industrial control.This research provides theoretical basis for the development of the discipline of control system.
