摘    要:借助冷储备系统可靠性模型,导出了考虑部件已工作时间的备件计算模型,并提供了部件寿命服从正态分布时的备件数量计算模型。该模型能较为准确地计算储备多个备件时系统可达到的可靠性。本文的研究成果对科学确定备件储备量具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:The calculation model of spare parts for the used components is discussed in this paper. It is the theoretical basis of the calculation model to consider the working components and spare parts as cold store system. When the reliability of the cold store system is equal to the required reliability, the number of the spare parts in this system is the required number for the component. The method for determining the kind of life distribution is also discussed in this papaer. As an example, the spare part number calculation model for the component whose life obeys normal distribution is presented following the reliability model of the cold store system. The numerical calculation method of the model in the aid of computer program is also presented. The calculation result shows that it is necessity to consider the servicing time of components. It is also pointed out that the result is dependable only if the distribution parameter is correctly estimated. Furthermore, the model can calculate the system reliability exactly when storing molti-spare parts. For those components whose lives do not obey normal distribution, calculation model can also be established following the method in this paper. If the mathematical model can not be established the simulation model can be established using the same method.
