船体外板鞍形板自重成型的数学模型

摘    要:应用弹性力学壳体理论分析和ANSYS软件数值模拟,对船体鞍形外板在自重作用下引起的变形进行计算,在此基础上应用逐步回归方法建立了鞍形板自重成型的数学模型.

Abstract:It is well know that the hull plate forming process by line heating is a highly complicated technique for the ship building. Because of the huge geometric size of the ship hull plate, there is a relatively large column deflection caused by its dead load, therefore some forming process of the hull plate can be completed by the dead load. In this paper, a simplified mathematical model for solving the dead load forming of hull saddle shaped steel plate is derived by the theory of elastic mechanics of shell. Moreover, the column deflection of hull saddle shaped steel plate caused by dead load is calculated using the ANSYS system, and the date base of the calculation of dead load forming for hull saddle shaped steel plate with varying the plate thickness is established. Thereby a mathematical model of the dead load forming of hull saddle shaped steel plate based on the primary parameters such as length, width, thickness is presented. Finally a forecasting system is given for the dead load forming of hull saddle shaped steel plate. The application of this system results in a desirable future in that it may reduce the cost of ship building and increase the production efficience.
