船体艉部变形计算及其在轴系坞内校中技术中的应用

摘    要:阐述了与轴系合理校中技术有关的弯矩影响系数的概念。提出利用弯矩影响系数与轴系截面上的弯矩值计算轴承变位的方法。在实船上用应变片测量了轴截面弯矩,根据实船测量的弯矩数值与弯矩影响系数确定了不同状态间船体艉部在轴承处的相对变形。最后进行了实船验证,结果表明船体艉部变形数据的正确性与坞内校中工艺的可行性。这为轴系坞内校中工艺的实施奠定了理论基础。
