摘    要:船舶建造生产实践中,常会遇到某些零部件在制造阶段,由于工艺不当,检验疏漏,故而遗留超标缺陷.若将这些零部件装上系统后,欲对超标缺陷返修,困难颇多,甚至将造成严重的经济损失.此类问题的安全使用评估,须建立在对埋藏在工件内超标缺陷准确定性、定量、定位的基础上.本文以某船用不锈钢管件焊缝为例,就超标缺陷准确测定的意义,缺陷定位的难点,射线照相方法缺陷定位的理论依据,实施的过程,以及具体的作法逐一作了详尽论述,并通过实验得出了相应的结论.

Abstract:The parts with oversize defects, which result less omission in testing, are often encountered in from inappropriate processing technology or careshipping production. And it is difficult to repair them after these parts with oversize defects are assembled into the whole system, which always causes large economic loss. In order to do safety evaluation on this circumstance it is necessary to do quality analysis and quantity analysis as well as to determine the precise location of the defects imbedded in the parts. Therefore, by taking the welding line for stainless steel tube for an example, authors explain in detail the significance and key points of the precise location of the welding line defects, the theory of the welding line defect location, radiography method, and practical detailed process of the precise defect location technique. In the end the related experimental results are presented.
