船舶CPP推进系统的网络控制

摘    要:可调螺距螺旋桨(Controllable Pitch Propeller,简称调距桨CPP)是船舶推进系统的主要设备。随着船舶装备的不断改进,控制系统已发展到以计算机为核心的网络控制系统。针对船舶智能推进系统优化设计的应用背景,引入网络控制技术构成分布式CPP控制系统,并采用自适应模糊逻辑调节法构成网络PI控制器,以补偿网络时延对控制系统稳定性的影响。

Abstract:Controllable pitch propeller(CPP) is the main equipment of ship propulsive system.With the unceasing improvement of ship equipment,the request of ship control system is higher than before,and the control system has developed to the networked control system which takes the computer as its core.Taking the ships intelligent propulsive system optimization design as the background,this paper composes the distributed CPP system by introducing the technology of network control.It is proposed that the network PI controller based on the design method of adaptive fuzzy logic modulation should be used to compensate the influence of network-induced delay on the control system stability.
