摘    要:在船体外板水火成形工艺的实际加工和机械自动化加工试验中,研究发现使用氧-乙炔火焰热源存在很多难以解决的问题和局限,为此本文提出了采用电磁感应加热取代氧-乙炔火焰加热,阐述了感应加热的原理和过程,并利用ANSYS有限元软件对感应加热中的电磁-热耦合场进行了数值模拟,对计算结果进行了相应分析.

Abstract:There are many problems and limitations which are difficult to be solved usi ng t he oxy-acetylene torch in the shipyard's practical processing and experimenting by the automated machine of the process of steel plate forming by line heating and water cooling on hull outer armor plate. So the authors present substitution of electromagnetic induction heating for oxy-acetylene torch heating to solve these problems, improve the speed and quality of steel plate forming by line hea ting, improve the conditions of labor's work circumstance, and economize energy sources. This paper expatiates on the mechanism and the process of induction hea ting based on electromagnetic induction theory, and discusses the merits of indu ction heating. Eddy current field is a 3-D phenomenon, according to the practic al processing of line heating by electromagnetic induction, the paper gives the simplified model of 3-D eddy current field and thermal field. Using the present analysis model, the paper analyzes and simulates the electromagnetic-thermal c oupling field by numerical computation method, and implements the calculation by using ANSYS sof tware, finally analyzes the calculation results correspondingly. The results of numerical computation are consistent with the electromagnetic induction theory. On the base of the previous results, the research works to be continued is prese nted, in which the key problems to be solved are also pointed out. This can p rovide the valuable references for the future research on the plate forming by e lectromagnetic induction heating.
