蒸汽发生器水位控制系统的PLC与变频器实现

摘    要:设计了一套基于PLC与变频器控制的蒸汽发生器水位控制系统,给出了实现该系统的PLC硬件组态和软件程序结构;系统中电动给水泵电机采用变频器实现变速,调节阀系由电机的正反转驱动;借助PLC的各个模块控制完成了上述诸功能。

Abstract:The feedwater level control system for steam generator based on PLC and frequency converter is designed,and the hardware configuration and the software program of the control system are presented in this paper.The velocity of electrically driven feed-pump can be changed by means of frequency converter,while the regulator valve is driven by the positive rotation and the invert rotation of the electrical motor.The functions mentioned above are implemented by the modulars of PLC.
