节能减排已成为全球性亟待解决的问题,而船舶减排是其中重要的一环。"后金融危机"时期,船舶节能减排已不再仅仅是满足公约规范的需要,而更成为市场竞争的利器。在现实情况下,如何有效提升中国造船的节能减排力度?全国人大代表、中船重工集团七○二所副所长兼总工程师颜开在接受本刊记者专访时呼吁,加大投入及研发力度,努力在技术创新中寻找到突破口。
