| 摘 要： | 长江作为世界上内河运输最为繁忙的通航河流,建设畅通高效平安绿色的航运尤为重要。随着三峡地区蓄水成库且库区水位逐渐升高,三峡库区的通航能力、航行安全、环保以及水质污染等问题日益显现。如何才能有效解决这些问题,对于加快发展畅通高效平安绿色的长江航运,具有重要意义。正因如此,今年,全国政协委员、交通运输部长江航务管理局原局长金义华把关注的目光转向了长江三峡。在他的三个提案中,两个都与三峡库区密切相关。

| Abstract: | The issues of traffic capacity, shipping safety, environmental protection and water contamination in the three gorges reservoir are significant in accelerating the development of the Yangtze River into a smooth, efficient, safe and green shipping channel. This year, Jin Yihua, a CCPPC member and the ex-director general of Changjiang navigation administration bureau of MOT turned his attention to the three gorges. |
