葫芦单梁门式起重机可靠性稳健优化设计

摘    要:以MH60葫芦单梁门式起重机为算例,应用可靠性设计和稳健设计相结合的基本思想,将问题归结为满足可靠性要求的多目标优化,并给出服从正态分布参数的主梁可靠性稳健优化的数学模型,根据数据计算得到可靠性优化的主要尺寸参数。

Abstract:Taking MH60 single beam gantry crane with hoist for example, the basic idea of combination of reliability design and robust design was applied. The problem can come down to multi-objective optimization satisfied with reliability requirement. The mathematical model of reliability-based robust optimization for main girder whose parameters obey normal distribution was given. The main dimension parameters based on reliability optimization were obtained by calculating according to the given data.
