摘    要:为改进现有的基于风险概率的桥梁通航净宽尺度设计方法,利用船桥碰撞风险测度计算模型,以船桥碰撞风险的可接受程度为基准,在定量分析不同概率分布条件下船桥碰撞风险测度的基础上,提出计算不同可接受风险程度下桥梁通航净宽尺度的计算方法,从概率和后果两方面考虑风险,有利于安全性与成本的最优化组合。

Abstract:To improve the existing bridge clearance design method that relies on risk probability, a method to calculate the navigable width of bridge was put forward according to different acceptable risk level based on quantitative analysis of ship-bridge collision under different probability distributions and the acceptable collision risk degree. The method considers risk from both probability and consequence, which is help to get the optimum combination of safety and costs.
