基于模糊综合评判法的黄浦江各弯道危险度评估

摘    要:采用模糊综合评价方法评估黄浦江各弯道危险度,结合黄浦江水域航行的实际情况将评价系统分为若干个指标,建立评价弯道的危险度评估系统。通过评估,对黄浦江水域易发事故的6个弯道按危险度从大到小依次排序。该评估系统在实际应用中简单易行,准确性高。

Abstract:The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was applied in evaluation of curves'danger degree combining with the actual situation of navigation in the Huangpu river area. The method divided evaluation systems into several indicators to establish the hazard degree assessment system to realize the comprehensive evaluation of the curves in the Huangpu river. Through analysis the result, the danger degree number will be given of the six accident prone curves. It is achievable and simple in the practical application with high accuracy.
