摘    要:柴油机的传动机构中,较普遍采用齿轮传动,齿轮的工作状态直接影响着传动的准确性,从而影响柴油机的正常工作。基于虚拟仪器柴油机齿轮传动故障诊断系统,能够对齿轮工作状态实时状态监测、时频域分析、诊断,从而有效地分析出齿轮传动中所发生的故障部位、性质、程度、原因等,为柴油机的工作可靠提供保障。

Abstract:Gear transmission is widely used in the driving mechanism of diesel engine, which directly affects the transmission accuracy, thus affecting the normal work of the diesel engine. Based on virtual instrument diesel engine gear transmission fault diagnosis system, the paper carries out real-time condition monitoring, time and frequency domain analysis, and diagnosis to the gear state, so as to effectively analyze the gear transmission failure position, nature, degree and reasons, to guarantee reliable operation of diesel engine.
