摘    要:本文将故障树分析法引入牵引索绞车可靠性研究中,首先建立系统的故障树,进行故障树定性及定量分析。并以系统故障树为基础,对绞车进行了重要度分析,得出了各部件的基本故障模式相对于系统的重要度,找出影响牵引索绞车工作的重要因素,为故障诊断及维修提供依据。

FTA-based Importance Analysis of Outhaul Winch of Alongside Liquid Replenishment System
Abstract:In this paper, the Fault Tree Analysis method is introduced into reliability study of Outhaul Winch. At first, the paper establishes a system fault tree. And the causes and means of Outhaul Winch failure is studied by qualitative and quantitative analysis on the fault tree. Then according to the system fault tree, basic failure modes of each component are obtained relative to the degree of importance of the system by the importance analysis. Finally, the paper identifies important factors affecting Outhaul Winch work by the calculation results of the importance degree, which provides a basis for fault diagnosis and maintenance.
