基于相位调谐理论的高速行星齿轮箱振动抑制改进设计

摘    要:针对某NGW型高速行星齿轮箱振动偏大的问题,通过对其振动频率进行测试分析,认为其啮合频率及倍频是振动偏大的主要因素,进而根据相位调谐理论对齿轮基本参数进行重新调整。对比调整前后齿轮箱的振动数据发现,调整后该型齿轮箱的振动加速度大幅降低,其振动偏大的问题得以有效解决。

Abstract:For the vibration of NGW high speed planetary gearbox is too large, the meshing frequency and its harmonics were regards as the main factors of excessive vibration through the frequency analysis, then the basic parameters of gear was adjusted according to the guiding ideology of the phase tuning theory. By comparing the vibration data of the gearbox before and after adjustment, it was found that the vibration acceleration of the gearbox has been greatly reduced, and the problem of large vibration was solved effectively. At the same time, it was shown that the phase tuning theory is of great engineering significance to the design of high speed planetary gear transmission.
