基于特征替换的船体结构批量参数化建模方法

摘    要:船体结构中大量相同、相似并且有依附结构的构件,建模时存在重复操作多、工作量大、构件轮廓与其依附结构难以自动随形变化及建模效率低下等特点。基于此,提出一种基于特征替换的船体结构批量参数化建模方法。基于NX开发平台,设计考虑船体结构特征的参数化草图模板,通过开发的特征识别与特征替换算法,确保新建的船体构件轮廓与其依附结构自动随形变化,实现构件的批量自动化建模。最后,对几类主要的船体构件进行测试,实现批量自动化建模,建模效率有明显提升。

Abstract:For many same or similar ship components with dependent structure, there are lots of repetitive operations when modeling and the workload is heavy. Also the contours are difficult to change with the shape of its dependent structure. Thus the modeling efficiency is low. A parametric modeling method based on feature replacement is proposed to solve this problem. The parameterized sketch template considering hull structure feature is designed based on NX platform. The feature recognition and feature replacement algorithms are used to ensure the contours can change with the shape of its dependent structure automatically. Several main components are tested, and it comes out that batch modeling is implemented and the modeling efficiency is improved significantly.
