摘    要:以1 000 t海上风电安装平台为研究对象,从平台总体布置、关键技术参数和主要性能等方面对平台的设计特点进行介绍,并对平台稳性性能进行研究。结果表明,该平台具有较好的稳性性能,尤其是破舱稳性具有较大的安全裕量,总体布置合理。在此基础上,从稳性性能方面对平台设计提出建议,研究结论对海上风电安装平台的设计及优化具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The offshore wind power generation has become a hot topics in the development of new energy sources. In order to meet the needs of the domestic and foreign market for offshore wind turbine installation device, TZ has designed the TZ40m-1000t offshore wind turbine installation unit which will be used for large power turbine installation. In this paper, the main design features of the unit from the aspects of general arrangement, critical parameters and main performance are described firstly, and then the stability performance of the unit is studied. The results show that the unit has excellent stability performance, especially for damage stability with greater safety margin. Based on the studies, following recommendations on the unit design are proposed from the aspect of stability. 1) To reduce the longitudinal arrangement of the key components exposure to wind; 2) The adverse effects caused by freeboard decreasing are more prominent when the center of gravity is lowered through the ballast. 3) Flooding angle increasing can greatly improve the intact stability of unit; 4) Side tanks play a decisive role in damage stability, and watertight integrity of intermediate tanks can be properly relaxed. The results and conclusions from this paper offer guidelines for future offshore wind turbine installation platform design and optimization.
