钻孔喷嘴出口重叠度对船用辅汽轮机通流的影响

摘    要:以某型船用汽轮货油泵为例,研究高压比大焓降下的钻孔喷嘴设计,针对喷嘴出口重叠度,通过三维有限元分析对钻孔喷嘴内部流场进行分析。同时,对不同重叠度热力方案下的总体参数进行计算分析,得到机组效率较高的重叠度,可为钻孔喷嘴热力优化设计提供重要的参考依据。

Abstract:Certain type steam turbine for cargo oil pump is taken as an example to research nozzles design. Drill nozzles are used in high pressure ratio and great enthalpy drop. This paper proposes three nozzle models with different overlap, and implements three dimensional models. The flow field of the turbine throughflow is numerically simulated to study the design and efficiency of turbine. The result shows that certain overlap can improve flow flied and thermal efficiency to some extent. The research in this paper provides important inference for drill nozzles design and optimization.
