高速陀螺减摇装置热态特性数值仿真分析

摘    要:针对减摇陀螺装置内部的热特性问题,考虑陀螺内部真空状态的影响和环槽齿片式散热器的散热作用,基于内部稀薄空气状态的雷诺应力模型,根据具体工况条件建立整个陀螺系统的热态特性分析模型,进而研究陀螺内部的温度场和热通量等热状态性能。结果表明:在一定的真空气压和环槽齿片式散热器的几何条件下,散热器内部的稀薄空气适用于连续性假设,利于热量的散发;装置内部支承轴承高速生热以及内装驱动电机发热的叠加效应使得靠近电机部位的下轴承温度较高,需要改进下端散热器的几何参数等,以加强散热效果、改善工况条件。

Analysis of the Thermal Characteristics and study of the number modeling about the high-speed anti-rolling gyro device

Abstract:The vacuum state of the ship"s high-speed anti-rolling gyro device is beneficial to save energy and reduce the resistance, but not conducive to the internal heat dissipation. Based on the reynolds stress model, and take the influence of the inner vacuum state of the gyroscope and the cooling effect of the gilled radiator into account, the analysis model of the thermal characteristics of the gyro system is established. Furthermore, the temperature field and heat flux in the gyroscope are studied. It can be seen from the result that under the influence of the vacuum condition and gilled radiator, the rarefied air inside the radiator is applied to the continuity hypothesis, which is conducive to heat dissipation. Due to the superimposed effect of bearing heating and built-in driving motor heating, the higher temperature part near to the lower bearing which adjacent to the built-in driving motor. Therefore, the geometric parameters of the lower radiator need to be improved to strengthen the cooling effect and improve the working condition.
