舰船维修信息集成管理与数据运用

摘    要:介绍了新型军民融合保障模式下、总技术责任单位负责制的舰船维修信息集成管理方案。由总技术责任单位制订故障维修信息记录要求,汇总承修单位现场提交的计划修理信息和定期赴使用方收集的自修、中继级修理、临时性修理信息,录入到事先开发的舰船装备故障维修信息处理系统,形成行业内共享的舰船装备故障及故障维修信息数据库,为后续修理排故、远程技术保障支援系统、舰船研制综合保障设计、后续舰船研究设计改进提高等提供基础数据。

Abstract:This Paper presents the integration management project of warship maintenance information under Chief Design Institute responsibility system in the maintenance mode by military and civilian integration. The Chief Design Institute, as head technical organization, shoulders many responsibility. For example, establishment of breakdown- maintenance requirement; collection and process of scheduled maintenance provided by repairing unit on the spot and information of self-maintenance, Fleet Maintenance Group maintenance and contemporary maintenance by arriving warship bases at regular intervals; input of already-Outfit breakdown into warship failure data processing system; formation and accomplishment of sharing resource of maintenance database on warship breakdown and maintenance handout. By doing the previous, the Chief Design Institute provides basic data for future maintenance breakdown-diagnosis, long-distance maintenance system, and comprehensive maintenance design of warship research its improvement.
