船用特种设备专用喷嘴和其加工模具的设计

摘    要:一船用特种设备活塞筒内特定区域是润滑盲区需要喷射润滑油,以往型式的喷嘴无法胜任,需要专门设计,其中喷头是关键。以8个喷油孔为例,将喷头内外端中心圆周8等份,以其均匀错位45度的8根线段为8个喷油孔的中心线,并以内外端油孔中心圆半径和端面厚度作为参数,用Pro/ENGINEER软件立体建模,以改变3个参数模拟喷射效果而进行参数优化。再通过建立空间平面直线方程推导出油孔加工模具的几何尺寸,确定模具组成;同时对喷嘴其余组件进行改进。最后对新喷嘴进行喷射效果和可靠性试验,试验表明其性能符合该特种设备对其要求。

Abstract:There were non-lubricated areas to be sprayed lubricating oil in the inner special fields of piston cylinder of certain marine special equipment. The previous style of nozzles could not do it, so a new one did need to be designed, the nozzle head of which was very pivotal. Firstly taking eight oil-spraying holes for example, dividing equally two oil-hole central circles in inner outer end planes of the nozzle head into eight parts, using eight line segments equally staggered 45 degrees as the central lines of eight oil-spraying holes and doing the radii of two central circles (R1, R2) and the thickness (S) of end planes as parameters, three-dimensioned model of oil-holes was built with Pro/engineer software, and through changing the three parameters to stimulate the effect of spraying oil, these ones were optimized. In addition, by setting up the equations of their planes and lines about oil-holes, dimensions of their machining mould were derived and its buildups were decided. Besides, the design of the other subassemblies of the nozzle was improved greatly. Finally the tests about the effect of spraying oil and reliability were made. Experimental results had proved that its performances could accord with our requirements.
