摘    要:新修订的IGC规则对液化气船压载航行工况的破舱稳性提出了明确的要求,本文针对压载工况纳入破舱稳性计算的初始工况这一问题,对38,000 m3全冷式液化气船进行了破舱稳性的计算研究,得出了新要求对该船型破舱稳性的影响,并通过调整压载水装载量和货舱段分舱划分方案,改善了该船型在新要求下的破舱稳性,并提出了两型新型的MGC设计方案,保持了江南造船在液化气船研发领域的技术领先优势,为接单做好了技术准备。

Research on Influence of Revised International Gas Code on Damage Stability of 38 000 m3 LPG Carrier

Abstract:The revised IGC code has new requirements on the damage stability of liquefied gas carrier on the ballast condition. The paper, focusing on the new ballast initial condition of damage stability, calculates and researches the 38 000 m3 liquefied gas carrier. Through the research and calculations, it is concluded that the impacts of the new requirements on the damage stability. By adjusting the loading of ballast water and cargo space subdivision, the ballast conditions which does not satisfy the revised IGC is improved and meets the new requirements, and as a result, two new MGC design proposals are introduced. The study maintains Jiangnan Shipyard the leading position in the field of liquefied gas carrier in research and development, and makes a formal technical preparation for follow-up orders in the future.
