摘    要:总结了近年来船舶轴系扭振故障的研究成果,从疲劳机理,振型、共振、计算与实测比较以及扭转-轴向耦合振动几个方面,分析了五种典型实例产生扭振故障的原因,讨论了调整系统固有频率对改善扭振特性的影响,提出了几种调频减振的方法。

Abstract:In this paper, the authors sum up research fruits in ship shafting failures caused by torsion vibration. Viewing from fatigue mechanism, vibration mode, resonance, comparison between calculation and measurement, and coupled vibration, the authors analyze shafting failures caused by torsion vibration of five real examples, and discuss how to depress torsion vibration by adjusting shafting inherent frequency and propose several means to make the adjustment.
