摘    要:水下清刷装置是水下船体表面清刷机器人的关键部件.文中分析了水下清刷装置在水下旋转的受力状况,建立了该装置在水下旋转过程中的动力学模型,运用优化设计和实验的方法确定合理结构参数,为设计和制造水下清刷装置提供了理论依据.

Abstract:An underwater cleaning tool is one of the key parts of a robot for cleaning underwater shell of a ship. In this paper, the load condition of the underwater cleaning tool while it is r unning in water is analyzed, a kinetic model of the cleaning tool working underwater is set up, and some reasonable st ructure parameters of it are determined by means of an optimum design and experiment. The conclusion of this paper may provide a theoretical basis for design and manufacture of the tool of this kind.
