摘    要:船用低速柴油机双阀电控燃油系统的实测结果表明,系统喷油压力峰值偏高,且波动幅度较大。为解决这一现象带来的不利影响,搭建了系统的AMESim仿真模型,并在循环喷油量和喷油压力两方面验证了模型的准确性。基于验证后的模型,针对系统的喷油特性开展了结构改进设计。结果表明,当高压油管直径为8mm,增压控制阀流通能力为80L/min时,在轨压为26MPa、28MPa以及30MPa的工况下,系统喷油压力波动幅度分别从88.71MPa、91.01MPa、93.45MPa降低到了14.72MPa、14.52MPa和14.31MPa,同时,不同工况下喷油规律曲线上的畸变均消失,且循环喷油量有所增加,系统喷油特性得到明显改善。

Improvement of Injection Characteristics of Fuel System for Marine Low Speed Diesel Engines

Abstract:The measured results of the double-valve electronic controlled fuel system for marine low speed diesel engines show that the peak of injection pressure is pretty high and the injection pressure fluctuation range is large. In order to address the adverse effects of this phenomenon, an AMESim simulation model was presented. The accuracy of the model was verified in cycle injection quantity and injection pressure. Based on the validated model, the structural improvement design was carried out according to the injection characteristics of the system. The results show that when the diameter of high-pressure fuel tube is 8mm and the flow capacity of pressure amplification control valve is 80L/min, under the working conditions of rail pressure is 26MPa, 28MPa and 30MPa. the fluctuation range of system injection pressure decreases from 88.71MPa, 91.01MPa, 93.45MPa to 14.72MPa, 14.52MPa, 14.31MPa respectively. Meanwhile, the distortion on the injection rate curve disappears for different working conditions and then the cycle injection quantity increases. The system injection characteristics are improved significantly.
