二冲程电控柴油机的振动测试与分析

摘    要:采用不同的振动传感器安装方式对一台船用二冲程电控柴油机的缸盖表面、高压油管侧面、高压油泵顶部、机身侧面和增压器端面的加速度振动信号进行了测试和分析,揭示了二冲程柴油机表面不同的振动特征,也解释了ME型电控柴油机缸内示功图的双峰现象,为船用二冲程电控柴油机的振动诊断研究和应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:This paper firstly introduces vibration testing results of an electronically-controlled two-stroke diesel engine on cylinder head, high pressure fuel pipe, high pressure fuel pump, engine side and turbocharger with different kinds of vibration sensors. Vibration signatures of these local vibration signals are revealed together with a reasonable explanation to the dual-peak on the indicator diagram of ME electronically-controlled two-stroke diesel engine. These results could lay a foundation for the further research work and application of vibration diagnosis technology into marine electronically-controlled two-stroke diesel engine.
