大型自航抓斗疏浚船总体设计研究

摘    要:以远海疏浚作业要求为依据,开发一艘应用于远海开敞海域作业、最大挖深为80m的200m3级大型自航抓斗疏浚工程船,整理分析了南海海域风、浪、流环境条件统计数据,确定了该船在开敞水域有效作业的设计环境要素,介绍了船舶总体设计方案、主要性能及主要设备配置,采用数值模拟方法完成了该船在不同锚泊定位方式下的水动力性能计算,对其在远海开敞海域的环境适用性进行了分析。

Abstract:In this study, according to the dredging requirements in open sea, a self-propulsion large grab dredger with 200m3 capacity working in open sea was developed. The maximum excavation depth of ship is 80m. In this paper, the wind, wave and flow conditions of the South China Sea were analyzed. The design conditions of ship working in open sea were determined. The general design scheme, main performance and main equipment were introduced. Using numerical simulation method, the hydrodynamic performance calculation of grab dredger with different mooring systems was finished. The analysis of environmental applicability of ship was completed.
