| 摘 要： | 为了提高船舶柴油机制造企业装配质量管理的效率及质量控制的能力,针对船舶柴油机制造企业的特点,建立了基于企业内部局域网的船舶柴油机装配质量管理系统模型并探讨了系统实现中的一些关键技术.最后开发了一个船舶柴油机装配质量管理系统,实现了检验卡模板管理、检验卡生成、装配质量数据管理等功能.实际应用表明,该系统能覆盖企业装配质量管理的主要环节,并具有良好的适应性.

| Abstract: | The assembly quality has great influence on the performance, use-cost and reliablity of the marine diesel engines. In order to improve the efficiency and ability of assembly quality management of the marine diesel engine manufacturing enterprise, an assembly quality management information system model based on LAN was established, and some key techniques were studied. At last, an assembly quality management information system was implemented which has the functions such as inspection card template management, inspection card generation, assembly quality data management. The result shows that the system can cover the main links of assembly quality management of the marine diesel engine manufacturing enterprise, and it has good adaptability. |
