摘    要:为研究不同船舶推进轴系故障特征量提取方法的优缺点,针对船舶推进轴系故障振动信号的瞬态(脉冲)和周期性2个特点,介绍快速傅里叶变换(FFT)、EAF和EEAF3种周期故障特征信息识取方法,并在实船试验中就这3种方法的适用性、准确性和复杂程度等进行比较分析。结果表明:EEAF相比FFT和EAF,能快速、准确地提取船舶推进轴系周期性故障信息的特征频率及其振幅,具有良好的稳定性,可专门用于船舶推进轴系故障分析和诊断。

Abstract:The ship propulsion shafting system, as an indispensable link in the transmission of the ship propulsion torque and thrust, the fault diagnosis technology and operation condition monitoring research of which are of great significance. In order to study the different advantages and disadvantages of different methods in extracting fault characteristics of marine propulsion shafting, this article in view of ship propulsion shafting fault vibration signal of two characteristics: transient (pulse) and periodicity, three methods for identifying periodic fault characteristics, namely FFT, EAF and EEAF, which are compared and analyzed in the real ship test about the applicability, accuracy and complexity. The result shows that compared with FFT and EAF, EEAF can quickly and accurately extract the characteristic frequency and amplitude of periodic fault information of ship propulsion shafting, which has good stability and can be specially used in the fault analysis and diagnosis of ship propulsion shafting.
