相平面上船舶舵机开关型控制研究

摘    要:首先提出了开关型控制的若干问题;然后通过船舶舵机开关型随动控制设备的设计、制作、调试,得到系统总体框图,再结合内部参数的计算,获得有关的传递特性;最后在相平面上,用相迹法研究系统参数变化对舵机产生的振荡和定位精度的影响,并给出了系统灵敏度、死区、回差等技术指标选择的意见.

Abstract:Firstly, some questions about on-off type control are proposed. Secondly, block diagram is drown by the design, manufacture and testing of the equipment in marine steering gear, and transferring characteristics are obtained through the inner parameter calculation. Finally, on the phase plane, the influence on oscillation and position precision of the change of system parameter for steering gear is studied by the phase trace method. Some suggestions are proposed about the selection of technology indexes such as system sensitive zone, dead zone and sluggish.
