摘    要:增材制造(3D打印)技术是继等材制造和减材制造之后,近年来快速发展的具有数字化智能制造特征的先进制造技术。增材制造技术凭借其逐点控制、快速自由成形等先进制造理念,在船舶制造领域逐步获得了推广应用。这种先进制造技术和传统制造方法相结合,极大地促进了船舶制造技术的发展。本文主要介绍了增材制造技术分类及应用,分析了增材制造技术在船舶辅助设计、船体建造、船舶配套设施制造、船舶专用装备制造、船舶再制造和实时维修、船舶结构-功能一体化材料制备及构件制造等领域的应用及前景。

Application Progress of Additive Manufacturing in Shipbuilding

Abstract:Additive manufacturing (3D printing) with the characteristics of digitalSand smart manufacturing is an advanced manufacturing technique fast developed after conventional manufacturing methods such as machining and stamping in recent years. Additive manufacturing technique is able to achieve joining materials to make objects from 3D model data to accomplish fast and free forming, and is gradually used in shipbuilding industry by combining with conventional manufacturing techniques. The present paper primarily introduces the kinds and application of additive manufacturing and analyzes the application status and prospects of additive manufacturing in ship-aided design, hull construction, ship ancillary facilities manufacturing, ship special equipment manufacturing, ship remanufacturing and real-time maintenance, the manufacturing of structure-function integrated components.
