| 摘 要： | 船价波动、钢价波动、人民币升值说明船舶制造企业处于一个动态的外部环境之中,为了能够生存、发展,企业战略必须对外部环境的变化予以回应.文中提出了环境分析与战略调整方法,对船舶制造企业面临的环境变化进行了分析,并从主动回应的角度给出了战略调整办法.

| Abstract: | Now shipbuilding companies are facing a dynamic external environment such as fluctuation of vessel price and steel price and the risk of the raise of RMB value. The companies have to modify strategy to response to such changes in order to survive and develop. The environment analysis and strategy modification methods are proposed, and the environment changes facing the companies are analyzed. Some strategy modification suggestions are given from active perspective. |
