| 摘 要： | 针对某船尾轴端面密封严重漏水的问题,通过现场拆检,运用摩擦、传热理论,对端面密封进行了相关研究.认为端面密封严重漏水是水膜形成不良、没有润滑水槽及材料选配不当所致,并采取相应措施进行了修理,取得了理想的效果.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the serious problem of water leakage on stern shaft seal face through the site overhauled,a study on side-seal is done by on-the-spot checking and using the theories of friction and heat transferring.The conclusion is that the problem is occurred because of a serious adverse water film formation,lacking of lubricating sink and improper matching sink and materials.Some appropriate measures are taken to repair it and then a good result is achieved. |
