摘    要:简述了利用扭转振动、噪声、缸盖系统振动、机身及侧面振动等振动噪声信号监测柴油机状态和诊断柴油机故障的原理和方法,介绍了国内外这方面研究的现状;归纳了利用振动噪声信号诊断柴油机几种典型故障的研究发展方向,以及故障诊断中采用不同方法的优缺点;最后总结了近年来柴油机故障诊断的几种较新的发展趋势.

Abstract:This paper briefly introduces the theory and methods of the state inspection and fault diagnosis of diesel engines based on vibration and noise signals of torsion vibration, noise, cylinder head system vibration, engine block and side vibration. The study status of this field both at home and abroad is summarized. It concludes the developing direction of the diagnosis study of several representative diesel faults using vibration and noise signals. It also points out the advantages and disadvantages of different methods in fault diagnosis. Finally, it summaries some new developing trends of diesel fault diagnosis.
