当前科研院所军工管理工作的探索

文章结合长期在科研院所从事军工管理的工作实践,重点论述科研院所军工管理主要关注领域及其采取措施：从满足国防需求出发进行经营活动以确保更好为国防服务,建立军工专门的管理机构并形成军工工作体系,需筛选具有使命意识、综合能力高的管理人才并进行培训,建立项目分级分类进行多项目统筹协调优化进而提高管理效能,通过选择高质量供方并建立战略合作关系以及实施动态管理、有效利用故障处理信息等提高军工质量,从增强认知、战略规划、体制机制等角度阐述怎样实施知识管理进而实现更好服务国防。

Probe into the Management of Military in current

The author engaged in the work of the practice of military management in scientific research institutes, focused on the military institute of scientific research and take measures to the main areas of concern: from the national service the demand of business activities to ensure a better service for the national defense,the establishment of military special management organization and the formation of military system, screening with the mission consciousness and comprehensive ability of talent management and training, the establishment of project classification for multi-project coordination optimization and improve management efficiency, through the establishment of high quality suppliers and establish strategic cooperation and the implementation of dynamic management ,to improve the quality of military products using effective fault handling information ,interpretation from awareness, strategic planning, system the mechanism of share culture, view of how to carry out knowledge management and better service for national defense.
