| 摘 要： | 行星滚柱丝杠电动缸作为一种新型机电一体化产品,具备“大推力、高精度、高频响、高效率、长寿命”等优点,广泛应用于高端装备制造业及国防工业领域。本文针对行星滚柱丝杠电动缸的传动原理及性能特点进行了分析,从国外和国内两方面对行星滚柱丝杠电动缸的研究应用现状进行了介绍,并对行星滚柱丝杠电动缸的发展趋势进行了总结,最后结合我国企业现状提出了一些发展建议。

| Abstract: | As a new mechatronic product, planetary roller screw electric cylinders are widely used in high-end equipment manufacturing and defense industries with advantages of "high-thrust, high precision, high frequency, high efficiency and long life". In this paper, the principles and performance characteristics of planetary roller screw electric cylinders are analyzed, the curent research amd application status are introduced both from foreign and domestic, and the trend of planetary roller screw electric cylinder are summarized, and finally, some development suggestions are made based on the status of domestic enterprises. |
