摘    要:张紧系统主要用于维持缠绕机缠绕过程中缠绕纤维的张紧力,保证纤维缠绕时的精度和缠绕质量,在缠绕产品成型过程中起着重要的作用。本文基于matlab对张紧系统进行仿真分析,研究在缠绕速度在不同规律变化情况下的张力变化,为张紧系统后续优化提供技术支撑。

Abstract:The tension system is mainly used to maintain the tension force of the filament winding in the winding process of AFP, which ensures the precision and quality of filament winding, and plays an important role in the forming process of winding products. In this paper, based on the simulation of the tension system of MATLAB, the paper studies the change of tension in the winding speed under different laws, and provides technical support for the subsequent optimization of tension system.
