摘    要:目前舰船对气体泄漏检测的方法还存在较大局限性,迫切需要一种新的检测手段。本文论证了目前常用检测方法的利弊,提出采用气体泄漏产生的声发射现象进行检测的方法。采用便携装置完成了模拟泄漏装置和实际管路试验,结果表明:该方法针对不同漏孔大小、泄漏压力、距离均可检测气体泄漏,不依赖经验,可满足舰船实际使用的需求。

Abstract:There is a large limitation in present warship detection method of gas leakage, a new kind of detection method is needed urgently. The advantages and disadvantages of commonly used detection methods are demonstrated in this paper, detection method that acoustic emission phenomenon generated from gas leakage is put forward. A portable device is used to take experiment of simulated and real pipe leakage, the result shows that this method can realize gas leakage detection with different hole size, pressure and distance, which is not rely on experience, this method can meet the demand of warships actually usage.
