摘    要:本文以170000m3B型独立液货舱LNG船为研究对象,基于热力学方法,通过对液货舱传热模型合理简化和对流换热系数的数值迭代计算,针对该B型独立液货舱LNG船进行稳态温度场分析,依据温度场分布进行货舱区船体结构钢级选择,并进一步研究外界环境温度以及装载工况对整个货舱区船体温度场分布的影响,从而为B型独立液货舱以及类似LNG船液货舱结构设计提供指导。

Abstract:In this paper, the 170000m3 LNG carrier for the B independent liquid tank was sdudied, based on thermodynamics method, through the reasonable simplifying of heat transfer model and the numerical iterative calculation of convective heat transfer coefficient for LNG cargo tanks, the steady temperature field analysis was carried out, and based on the temperature distribution to complete the structural steel grade selection, and further study the effects of the ambient temperature as well as liquid cargo loading cases condition for the distribution of temperature field, so that to provide guidance for the structure design of cargo tanks .
