摘 要: | 基于目标气垫船结构特点,通过合理设计吊艇眼板结构、起吊强度校核,论证了船体通过吊艇眼板直接起吊方案的可行性,为实船起吊提供指导依据。最后对目标气垫船水中起吊过程进行了应力测试,进一步验证了起吊强度校核方法的正确性和直接起吊方案的合理性。研究结果可为大中型气垫船或铝合金船体起吊方案和相关结构设计提供技术支撑。

Structural design and Strength analysis of hull conveyingfor medium- and large-size ACV |

Abstract: | Based on the structural characters of objective ACV hull, by the way of right- designing of hoisting eye plate, local and longitudinal strength analysis of hull, this paper demonstrated the feasibility of hull conveying by optimized eye plate. And the result data of analysis provided a useful reference for hull conveying of objective ACV. Lastly, the experimental eye plate stress results of objective hull hoisting second-indicated the correctness of FEM for strength analysis and the feasibility of hull hoisting method by eye plates. The results of research provide a technological reference for widely application of the hull hoisting method and the structure of eye plate for medium- and large-size ACV or aluminum alloy ship. |
